Make one 10 inches or 25 cm cake (about 10 to 12 servings)

300 g digestive biscuit 130 g melted butter. 1 tablespoon honey

600 g cream cheese (chilled). 200 g granulated white sugar. 180 ML with cream (chilled). 60 g plain yoghurt unsweetened 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Four eggs at room temperature 1 tablespoon cornstarch
